Love Clean Streets enables you to report environmental issues, such as fly-tipping, dog mess or potholes, quickly and directly to your local authority in a four step process, for free.

1) See a problem
2) Open the Love Clean Streets app
3) Take a picture, your location is automatically detected and displays the authorities colours if they’re in the Love Clean Streets Family
4) Enter some basic information and post the report – in seconds!

Your report is then sent directly to the relevant authority to deal with. You will be kept informed of the progress of your report via the app and email.

The Love Clean Streets family incorporates the following local authorities and their previous apps but you can use Love Clean Streets to report anywhere else too:

The App is easy access. Instead of conversation on the phone, sometimes some staffs are not helpful. My ill feeling the service handlers by the City Council not Clearly identify the items where it is. All they want to anything pickeup and go.

we need more options of problems and unnecessary questions should not be asked. once told should be enough it's hard to find numbers where the problem is. it needs to be improved. you should not collect so much information about the individuals. it can be made easier to use.

Downgraded to one star. Although the app is easy to use and the concept is good, Lancashire County Council are not taking any action and are simply closing the jobs saying work is complete, but it isn't. I'm reading more of LCC's ignorance daily.
