Love Clean Streets enables you to report environmental issues, such as fly-tipping, dog mess or potholes, quickly and directly to your local authority in a four step process, for free.

1) See a problem
2) Open the Love Clean Streets app
3) Take a picture, your location is automatically detected and displays the authorities colours if they’re in the Love Clean Streets Family
4) Enter some basic information and post the report – in seconds!

Your report is then sent directly to the relevant authority to deal with. You will be kept informed of the progress of your report via the app and email.

The Love Clean Streets family incorporates the following local authorities and their previous apps but you can use Love Clean Streets to report anywhere else too:

The App is easy access. Instead of conversation on the phone, sometimes some staffs are not helpful. My ill feeling the service handlers by the City Council not Clearly identify the items where it is. All they want to anything pickeup and go.

This app is awesome. I live in South East London and sadly we have some people just treat the streets like a dumping ground. This app makes it so easy to report fly-tipping etc. So many reviewers have completely missed the point of the app - if you need to contact your Local Authority about something specific - use a direct contact number! This is just an easy way to report items. Thank you!!!

easy to use and the report gets generated quickly. The only problem is that you can't track the report with the council as they don't recognise anything from the app. However it is not usually a problem as the council normally get the fly tip removed quickly.
