I love Second Nature. Its whole approach is so refreshing. No calorie counting. No cutting out food groups. Just common sense, science based nutrition advice but with the added benefit of professional psychology experts, guiding my choices. The personal touch is also a massive bonus. Face to face consultations over zoom; daily messages from the coach - both on a group chat and directly for tailored advice; short daily interactive articles so that we're not bombarded with information all at once.

Very good support to loose weight sensibly. I was referred to Second Nature by my Doctor because my blood sugar was a little high and I am over weight. I chose to use the online app rather than physically attend weekly classes. I have full support from a coach 5 days per week and the group can message ask questions and give advice to each other. There are recipes, articles to read to help you look at eating habits you have and change them. You interact as much or as little as you want.

A well thought out app, it gives a lot of good information relating to the pre-diabetic situation. Only 4 stars because they could have given more information in the days leading up to the start of the course. The access to the app increases in steps during that time and they don't make that clear.
