Bognor Radio Respect is run by ADAPTS HUB CIC (Community Interest Company) offering support for people dealing with mental health matters, including well-being advice and information about other helpful organizations.

We have an online radio station with live shows hosted by a team of dedicated volunteers, discussing mental health issues, offering information and advice, while also playing some great music!

Along with the radio studio, we also have a community hub in Bognor Regis, offering support and help to people seeking mental health advice or who just want a cuppa and a chat!
