Ratings and reviews

After seeing several negative reviews we were quite apprehensive about using this particular application but I am most pleased to say that the majority of fears turned out to be completely unfounded. An easy to use app and reliable took the stress of carrying large amounts of money out of our holiday. The card was accepted and worked everywhere we went. Only slight drawback was short and I do mean short periods of downtime/maintenance. I would in overall reflection recommend this app.

Everytime I try to log in I get an error message. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it won't send me the email in order to verify the account despite trying several times. It tells me I've exceeded the amount of verification emails despite me never receiving any. Going on holiday in 3 weeks and starting to panic about how I can access my money.

The new app is hopeless, I can't even login. When I tap the email box to try and login, the keyboard appears briefly, the screen flashes showing the opening graphic again causing the keyboard to close. If I tap on the email box the cycle repeats, so typing in my email address to login is impossible. I've cleared the app storage, but this did no good. I am about to go off on holiday, but it seems I won't be using my post office card for payments if I can't get the app to work.
