This update is a great improvement, no doubt. Thank you. But, the issue of not being able to view pending transactions remains. I have a Credit Card with you guys and I'm able to see pending transactions via the website, but not on the app. Please, add this vital feature. It's live information. This important addition would make it a full five star rating from me. Lastly, 'get cash' this is a killer feature that Natwest have. Come on Santander, get modern and keep up with the times.
Not been working for over a week now. First had an error message saying it was unavailable, but now it doesn't do anything. No error, just loading screen and nothing afterwards - 15/06/17 Still won't open - 25/06/17
Could be improved in many ways. Two things that must be fixed/added: 1. Add a finger print scanner as the security to log in 2. Remove bug where the phone takes you to the Santander app once logged out due to inactivity (this happens no matter which app you have opened at the time) - Very frustrating.
Best banking app I am using. Couple of things: the app should automatically log out on app switch or screen off for security; there is no fingerprint login.
Don't understand this bank. For example on a day say I spend £50.00. It's taken out same day of my available balance. Then don't use my account for a couple of days. After 3-4 days without using the account the available balance went down. Some days it shows transaction that happen days ago but that amount was subtracted from the available balance on the day it took place. I don't get it. On purpose I don't use it for days and the available balance still changes with out any direct debits or anything else.
Force closes. You can't copy your sort code and account number (Nordea and many others same issue). And IBAN nowhere to be found. Pops up when logging out due to timeout. You can't read messages from the bank. Very slow interface when making payments. Force crashes. List of payees loads very slowly. You can't take screenshots.
