All I can do is check recent statements not more than 5mths. Wont let me do any of the other options. Still having to go into branch to sort things. Not good when this is supposed to save time and hassle. Updated regularly. :-(
You can't copy your sort code and account number (Nordea and many others same issue). And IBAN nowhere to be found. Pops up when logging out due to timeout. You can't read messages from the bank. Very slow interface when making payments. Force crashes. List of payees loads very slowly. You can't take screenshots.
It does everything I need, but why, WHY is it so slow??! Every page/selection gives you the "Loading" message, average time for this is about 45 seconds. If you have a few things to do it really is tedious. I also bank with Lloyds - their app is super quick. Please please please can you work on this?! It'd be a 5* app if it wasn't so slow!!
Updated today, but it's still very slow. I must say that I hate paying the £5 monthly fee nearly as much as knowing that the Spanish 123 account still pays 3% credit interest. Every month I ask myself 'Why do I need Santander in my life?'. There are other banks offering better deals. How many of us must close our accounts before the fee is abolished?

Red screen & nothing else. Just sits and glows like the light at a brothel. Deleted & reloaded several times. Nada. Really needed access to my a/c but this is making me seriously consider going elsewhere. Zero stars.
