This update is a great improvement, no doubt. Thank you. But, the issue of not being able to view pending transactions remains. I have a Credit Card with you guys and I'm able to see pending transactions via the website, but not on the app. Please, add this vital feature. It's live information. This important addition would make it a full five star rating from me. Lastly, 'get cash' this is a killer feature that Natwest have. Get Cash is a function of Natwest's mobile banking app that lets you withdraw money quickly without using your bank card. It's great for those times, when you pop out during your lunch hour, but don't have cash on you. Come on Santander, get modern and keep up with the times. Introduce something like this too.
Crash issues need to be sorted out! Also pending bank charges and payments made need to be able to be seen on mobile app along with date they are due to be taken, as some people have not always got access to a laptop/PC to get on full website!!! But most people now have smartphones with Santander personal banking app! Please can this be taken into account and be sorted for people who do use the smartphone app regulary. A reply would also be appreciated. Thank you.
Could be improved in many ways. Two things that must be fixed/added: 1. Add a finger print scanner as the security to log in 2. Remove bug where the phone takes you to the Santander app once logged out due to inactivity (this happens no matter which app you have opened at the time) - Very frustrating.
Nice one, Santander! My previous issues are now resolved - well deserved 5 stars for being so responsive to customer needs! My previous feedback: "Still a tad sluggish when logging in, and still cannot set up payments in the app. Will give you 5 stars when these 2 niggles are fixed, but overall I am very pleased."
Ever since update app is slow and laggy and every single time now crashes on the Make Payments selection. When it did load the payees it was painfully slow watching them all loading one by one before being able to select any of them. Not happy with this update on that score. Worked fine before. Update 1st July 2017.. no improvement no feedback.
I was so excited to see that with this new update i could set up new payees without having to go through the long process on the website. Imagine my dissapointment when I tried to use it today and i couldn't even type in the new payee' s name. I know the effort that goes into app/ web development, I appreciate that. Please next time test your updates thoroughly before releasing them to the public. You are a big and respected company and as a customer I expect much more. Now fix it please:)
