It would be great if there was actually the right number of spaces required to leave an electricity reading. They are one short though and it won't let you progress unless you enter the right number of digits. The solution according to SP? Use the website. What's the point in the app then...
Won't log in, keeps saying "no internet connection". Desktop keeps crashing therefore unable to submit mere readings. Time for a new supplier.....
Cannot enter meter reading because there are only 6 spaces for digits but the app insists on at least 7 digits for electricity reading. Possibly a wrong error message for "this meter reading is too low"
Seems useless - can't access bill as says I must submit meter reading then when i try to submit readings it errors saying that it cant retrieve any meter reads yet! Been like that for two weeks now.
Unable to enter meter reading in app, due to lack of fields to enter all the digits... I reported this several months ago?
Always comes up with the message "Please try again in a moment or 2" and can't get into my account
