Still very buggy - smart usage still not working and now showing incorrect values. Also the app seems to crash when first started and then crashes again when usage is selected only to work on the third time but showing the wrong readings. More work needed - this app is useless as it stands
I'm a bit shocked at the amount of negative feedback to be honest because I find it perfect..... You can check bills, check usage, give meter readings and request callback..... I have no idea what's expected on here but for me personally, it's so much easier on this than to actually call company...... Well done for such a good app... Really easy to use
When it works, this app is great. Unfortunately, it rarely works! More often than not, it cannot connect to the hub to control heating. Utterly useless for me as a consumer, as this was the prime reason for my having it in the first place. I thought it would be handy for controlling my central heating when I am not at home. It isn't!
The Connect part is just not fit for purpose. Lots of times it fails to get the temperature internally and sometimes will fail to set the temperature. Implement Wi-Fi access so as to have instant control instead of over a damn mobile connection!!
Awful customer service and sooo expensive compared to other suppliers. Wise up people, switch supplier and save lots of ££££S. So easy to do!
Trying to enter meter readings, it presents me with 6 boxes for the electricity but won't accept the reading as it gives me an error saying I need to give them 9 numbers. Er, how? The callback feature doesn't work either, pressing send loops back to the select time form.
