Absolutely the worst energy supplier app that I've used. Totally inaccurate and very poor usability. Rubbish and a waste of time. Try looking at how others do it, you might learn something.
I paid the bill through this app and the company tried to say i didn't pay it took me two months to sort it out through bank leaving this company
Very poor indeed. Every attempt to submit meter reading results in error. Energy usage tracking is poor compared with similar apps. My overwhelmingly negative experience with SP transcends every aspect of their business
Very poor. The main reason I got the app was to be able to submit readings quickly. But it won't let me because it complains my reading must be 7 digits long but it only actually provides me 6 boxes to write in. Something fundamentally wrong here - severe lack of QA.
The request a call back feature doesn't work properly, you select a date and time but there is no confirm button? So you just have to come out of that section of the app, please fix this.
