I opted to have my smart meters read every 30 mins yet can only see monthly figures. When click on days it loads for an age then says graphs not available. Waste of time. Wouldn't have bothered with smart meters if I knew this wasn't going to work.

Generally works OK, but always recalculates DD as ridiculous amount. (Try accounting for a credit balance SP?) You can only adjust it for a limited amount for a limited number of times. I always have to call Customer Services to get it put back to a realistic amount. Surely this obviates the ability to change the DD via this app and costs SP more money to process? Come on SP sort this out. You could save money and I could save time and frustration. That frustration is costing you two stars.
Bearing in mind the bad reviews this has received, I think I have been lucky as it works well with my Sony Xperia Z5 compact. Entering the meter readings is not a problem, and it shows what you have used and shows the adjustment to the direct debit if required.
