Unresponsive customer service I'm trying to get 7digital's attention. Their platform failed and as a result I double purchased some items. I wanted a refund for those items. The problem is that despite an automated email that says they will respond in 2 business days, 9 business days later (and counting) I have yet to get even an acknowledgement that my message has been seen by a human. Needless to say, I will never use this platform again, but I want my refund just for the principle of it! 7digital will you ever respond to customers?
Pretty good but not great For the most part the app is ok, the web version of the site is better for purchasing and browsing imo. The music player is basic but works.
Honestly it's easy to use buttt you have to pay and it doesn't want to save to the phone so there's literally no point to getting this app-.-
Has problems! Hard to download flac 24 bit files and doesn't do it instead tells you can't do it anymore. Use to like this app will be more careful in future.

Half my music has disappeared. I have spent alot of money here in the last 18 months and poof, it's gone
