Unresponsive customer service I'm trying to get 7digital's attention. Their platform failed and as a result I double purchased some items. I wanted a refund for those items. The problem is that despite an automated email that says they will respond in 2 business days, 9 business days later (and counting) I have yet to get even an acknowledgement that my message has been seen by a human. Needless to say, I will never use this platform again, but I want my refund just for the principle of it! 7digital will you ever respond to customers?
Not sure about all the hate I have no issues on my Blackberry Priv. If you buy a song, download it, put it on your SD card and it's yours. No other music store allows you to do that. Stop the whining you music streamers
7-Digital Have told me too many times now that tracks I have bought are no longer available, which apart from the rank dishonesty of selling stuff they evidently don't even own in the first place, defeats the whole object of online music purchases. Customer service in response to my complaints about this is virtually non-existent. Surprising that they've survived to even now on the back of all this, but not for much longer I would guess.
Pretty good but not great For the most part the app is ok, the web version of the site is better for purchasing and browsing imo. The music player is basic but works.
Drives you nuts Was clunky on my z30 and even worse on the priv.. Very very annoying oh and it won't let you download what you've paid for also blackberry ripped you off with any videos you bought through this service? Keep giving it a chance and I've had enough.
