SkipScanner allowed us to book a skip on a friday evening (after 5pm) for the following Monday. On the monday when the skip did not arrive I contacted them via email and was told they can't do monday drop off from a friday evening order (Even though it took my money and confirmed) and that they would begin trying to find me a skip. It sounds like they would have not been looking had I not contacted them. They recently contacted me to say they cannot get me a skip (For the Tuesday, when I had been communicating with them on the monday) and will refund me the money. This leaves me without a skip and my front lawn full of kitchen units. I live ruraly. This may be a problem, but it means that the sendrr system that powers skipscanner is flawed if it can't deal with this even when it has my address and postcode.
