Posandro KDS is a complementary App designed to use alongside our flagship Posandro Point of Sale App. If you're familiar with Posandro POS, you would know about Multi Sync where by open orders get synced across all your devices instantly in real time. The user experience can be really compelling when taking orders and your staff can certainly benefit from improved workflow and efficiency during service.
Taking this a step further, the KDS is used to complement that feature and display orders in way that is efficient and productive for your kitchen staff. No more paper flying about and or going missing. The KDS is here to improve turnaround times and your kitchen staff will start to dish out items faster than ever before.
List of features include;
Route items to specific area of the kitchen i.e drinks station, dessert stations, food etc. This works similar to way printers are setup routing different items to specific printers but in this case you can have dedicated screens.
Simply tap on the done button to mark it as cooked and recall them as necessary.
Set warning times to indicate long awaiting orders using the classic traffic light colors.
No receipts/tickets, no mess, no room for error. Helps save the environment.
See all your popular items at a glance giving your kitchen staff advanced notice on how many of an item to prepare.
To login, simply use the same credentials you've been using for your Posandro POS App.
On the Posandro POS App, enable Multi Sync on all devices that you want syncing via App Settings->Preferences->Multi sync. Once all enabled, you can start taking orders and see changes on the KDS in real time.
