Update - Almost mid January 2024 and still not fixed. I check every day. Please please please sort this out. Even the staff in the libraries are unsure about what's happening. Please fix the app, it's driving me up the wall. I use it almost every day and it's not been working for weeks now and it's completely changing the library experience as the website is far more difficult to use.
