Pay by card I still can't add card details :-(
I've previously rated this app 4 stars. The actual app is great. Unfortunately after using Amber again a few more times, their service is unable to back it up. The app will say 'get a car in 3 minutes' (which to me indicates that there's an empty car a couple of minutes away ready to come get me) but in reality it often takes 15 minutes. Don't lie to me, if it's going to take 15 mins just tell me and I'll make my own mind up. Last time I rang the call centre after 10 mins and got no apology. Drivers also struggle with the app they have been provided with, without which they can't receive payment for the job. As a customer I don't want to sit around for 5 minutes whilst you sort it out. Head office you need to it out with the drivers quickly and without hassle to your customers. You already have the information you need. If you don't trust the drivers then that's your issue!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They are NEVER on time... I ended up waiting 30 mins before my cab came... In the mean time I had bused it home!! On another ocassion the driver took a longer route inspite of me telling him not to and over charged me! The operators are extremely rude!!! MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!
