Came up with payment error on drivers dash. Both driver and office when I rang said my banks fault and demanded cash. I stood my ground and made them take my card payment over the phone. It cleared. Sort your system out and don't blame your customers! Fuming!!
Never tip driver using App. They will tell you why! Service quite good though. Operator messes-up they always blame the driver or you, laudable company.
Absolutely disgraceful Ordered a taxi 50 minutes before I needed it and it was 30 minutes late!!!!! I was late for work so my boss wasn't very happy. Will never EVER use again!!!!
Downloaded it, added my card details and got charged £1.01 for absolutely no reason, I also didn't read anywhere about this charge or I wouldn't have bothered. There was also a 60 min wait for a car. No thanks, I'll stick with uber

For existing version on 4Nov2016 Card registration is impossible even after reinstalling the app (after an advisor suggested on the phone).
