Beware of unexpected charges and misleading advertising. Their continuous "Rocket Pack" data plans have a gap in service engineered into them, so they can rip you off for an extra £1 every month. It is misleading advertising, where it appears to be, and is sold as, an automatic renewal and continuous coverage (if you remain within the limits) for a fixed fee. It does the same thing if you renew. It is frankly disgusting for a company as big as Tesco to be systematically ripping off customers.

Hi Paul, we're sorry to hear this. There can be a slight delay when your Rocket Pack is renewed each month. We do try to do this over night for you so that this is not affecting your credit usage. We do send you a text to advise there may be a delay when apply a new Rocket Pack. If you have any questions, drop us a message on Facebook or Twitter.

Poor, have to wait for screens to stop circling before shows anything at point of time out. Makes it inoperable. In a room with good internet, had problem since being abroad, when most need it to work.

Hi, Amber, sorry we're not aware of any performance issues and after recent tests on Wi-Fi and mobile data with several devices, there is no lag. Please try clearing the app cache (app manager > Tesco Mobile > storage) as this may improve performance.
Eh Carnage
Haven't been able to open the app to purchase a 'rocket pack' for data (up to date/reinstalled etc.), it's taking a ridiculous amount if time to resolve the issue.. the past data has been useless and a waste of money. Sadly I've relied on the service traveling multiple times to and from ireland for not the best of circumstances. Won't be using the network again.
