Ratings and reviews

The Android live app has deteriorated to the point of being unusable. After 5 minutes of use the screen will freeze or scroll in a jerky fashion, then all main icons vanish,the screen goes black and returns me to my home page interface. Clearly there is still a problem with last Android update as it doesn't occur on my partners IPad. I have rung customer support to report this , just to be told there isn't a problem. By the comments here, clearly there is ..please fix it and stop fobbing us off.

This used to be a good app but not any more. I refresh and load articles I want to read for when there is no signal on the underground. But when I reopen the app it tries to refresh again and then loads old half missing articles. Having read a lot of the recent reviews, have you thought of rolling back to an earlier version until you fix and properly QA these issues?

I'm unable to use the subscription I'm paying for. This is infuriating. Edit 1: I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling before writing the review and a few times since. I finally managed to get to a login screen once and logged in, which promptly brought me back to the account creation screen. Tried recreating my account a few times, but it always tells me me that I can't use my email because that account exists.
