Unable to complete crosswords using app on Galaxy S8 - keyboard is partially missing and grid out of sync. How do I fix this?
Past editions update is good. Search facility is meh. I had an article in the hard copy newspaper in front of me. No way could I find it on the mobile version - or search for it - to send to a friend.
Irritating that you only get today's edition and cannot see past days. Adverts are annoying. Also after downloading the current paper, then moving to a poor connection I lose the downloaded material and get a blank screen! Since the update I can see previous days for a week, which is good.
Downgrading review since I first reported this bug over a year ago, without response: "for ages now there's been a bug whereby the open article suddenly changes if the app updates articles, changing the section layout. It seems this happens because articles are referred to by position in section rather than by some unique ID. I've reported this several times over a period of many months, but there seems to be no interest in fixing it. Be warned if reading it midday, 5pm, et al.!"
For some reason it makes me log in every time I start a new game of suduko... driving me mad
Easy to use. The phone version only has current edition, to save storage space. Tablet edition can keep 7 days worth. You can get various daily highlights emails. Incidentally the phone versions of puzzles app has much better functionality than the tablet version. Why are they different?
