Not as good as it should be! I have this app on my iPad, and it's a brilliant app on iOS, with an extensive map etc. This Android version is good and does the job of getting tube times. But that's all it does and I'm disappointed that its nothing more than a lightweight and cut down version of the iOS app. I do feel a bit ripped off!
Why different to iPhone app? Absolutely love the app in my iPhone. Downloaded on my android as well. Very disappointed that its not the same at all. Would not have bought had I spotted this. Feel cheated.
Disappointed in android version I feel short changed. I too have this app on my apple devices and it is the best app around in terms of usability, performance and design. I thought the android version would be the same, but unfortunately not.
The concept is great but... Stations with multiple lines sometimes only show one...like my station!
Keeps crashing Used to be ok (although as others have mentioned not as good as the ios equivalent) however recently its started to crash and I get a short message to say the app has stopped responding... Sometimes when you click back into it multiple times it works but just not worth the effort when there's other apps now doing the same thing.
Battery hog App itself works great, but when you send it to the background and switch to another app, it leaves the GPS on! For example today it caused 64% of my battery consumption (including 4h 26m of Keep awake, and 7h 32m of GPS usage). The workaround is to kill the app whenever you've finished using it, for example on stock Android you can swipe it out of the Recents screen.
New location-getting logic.
Overground stations are now supported.
Now available for Android 4.0 and above.
