It's extremely slow and lagging lately! I have no fault with Very. They always have fabulous offers and are often well stocked as well as speedy options for delivery. However, it takes around 2 mins to load each item and just as long to add them. Heaven forbid you want to change something. I have tried using multiple devices and different Internet connections other than just my home, to no avail. In retrospect, it has saved me a fortune as I get frustrated and give up looking.

This app keeps crashing. it didn't before, but now it's a hassle for me to do payments. shopping isn't an issue. Sort it out, please. I nearly missed a payment due to the site acting up even when I tried to log on. it's always saying there's an issue. 26/8/2025 still having this issue. Its now 21/11/2025 still having issues with the app. pls sort out your app!

Not Fit For Purpose. Can't access account details, or save items. Can't view item details, pushing and pushing on screen, and nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but has made no difference. Serious glitches. It has probably saved me money given how difficult it is to add anything to basket, so I suppose that's a positive for my finances.
