Pointless app. I have contacted customer services as my car was serviced in March and still no update of this on the app. Told to wait 2 weeks to see if it updates and if not call recontact them again. Really cannot see point of the app when authorised dealers and vw's systems don't talk to each other and update.
The whole idea of this app seems to me that you are able to monitor your car from initial ordering right through ownership. Major flaw at present is that trying to input your order number gives absolutely zilch. No point in app if you are unable to track your new vehicle. Utter waste of time.
I've had the car for a year now and this app tells me it's not delivered yet ! Just wanted to use the app to book it's yearly service and can't do it. Total waste of time.
Useless absolute waste of time. Telling me my new car is getting built w/can 15th its now 27th! Dealer's rung to say it's in transit to the UK
App useless, cannot find address so cannot find out the car service history. So I purchased a approved used vw up technical without any paperwork and proof of service history!
It just does not work, status is way out of date and downloading technical info for my new car failed. Useless!
