The whole idea of this app seems to me that you are able to monitor your car from initial ordering right through ownership. Major flaw at present is that trying to input your order number gives absolutely zilch. No point in app if you are unable to track your new vehicle. Utter waste of time.
Pointless app. I have contacted customer services as my car was serviced in March and still no update of this on the app. Told to wait 2 weeks to see if it updates and if not call recontact them again. Really cannot see point of the app when authorised dealers and vw's systems don't talk to each other and update.
Why do you REQUIRE to give you my details such as address as part of registration, before I even see the app? You are doing it wrong.
I've had the car for a year now and this app tells me it's not delivered yet ! Just wanted to use the app to book it's yearly service and can't do it. Total waste of time.
Just like many others, my car was delivered three months ago but the app tells me it's being prepped, seems vw don't actually give a monkeys about this app or it's impact on there reputation.
Useless absolute waste of time. Telling me my new car is getting built w/can 15th its now 27th! Dealer's rung to say it's in transit to the UK
