A great app and well worth a donation. The filter for mark all as climbed and mark all as unclimbed is a bit risky and should either be hidden away or removed. What would make it perfect would be cloud storage for backups particularly since kitkat stopped it saving to the actual sd card
Great app, thank you. One niggle, I had difficulty importing a csv list of peaks exported from hill-bagging.co.uk. After experimenting it seems that the app needs a very specific format for the csv file, ie '1234','YYYY-MM-DD','' including the apostrophes and a blank 3rd column of data. I wonder if this could be made less 'finicky' for future versions, perhaps just using plain text?
Absolutely brilliant app for hill baggers The display on a map feature is great. Links to info about summit features and OS maps to help planning. Only annoyance is they have removed the Trail 100, that I am nearly 50 hills through, from their lists of British Hills. Please, please, please put it back in! And the developer reads/acts on feedback so that I can update my 3 extra hills in the Trail 100 this week. Thanks Adam!
It was perfect until added the last lot of hills. They'r all the pathetically small ones i cant even be bothered visiting some merely a hump in a field. Remove them and it'd be 5 stars
This is a very good app, annoyingly; i was working on a similar one my self but just focusing on the wainwrights for my Uni final project. I hadn't spotted this on my first scan of the Play store as i was using words like Mountain an Peaks rater than hills ( You might get more hits) if you use those words
Not Bagging but Bragging I'm not bagging but it's great for ticking off those that I've done already.
- Performance Improvements (especially in Show Nearby Hills)
- New icon
- T100 back by popular demand ;)
