Ratings and reviews

Since I want to have a sense of where I'm walking, I haven't used the route-finder. I downloaded the app to track and top up my oyster card, but as noted in other reviews, topping up doesn't work, so I have to go do that using machines at a tube station (really annoying if my next trip is on a bus). Why have the top up button if it just doesn't work? I am able to see my fare history, but only on home wifi, not when I'm out and about (and about to need a top up). Really not useful.

Doesn't work. Hasn't in years now. Cannot access my account, or even set up my account on the new TFL go app. had the same issue on previous version of the oyster app. Neither on my old phone or new phone. Just keeps saying Error and will not open. Can't use the app. Uninstalled. *Editing as I cannot respond to the TFL advice* : I keep reinstalling and deleting the app, the cache is a zero, it's clean, even if I go and wipe it again via those steps, it still doesn't work.

I installed this app for the widgets. I commute regularly, and so being able to quickly glance at a specific line status to plan my route is a really nice idea. However, the execution is clunky. Widgets are 3x2 with a tiny bit of text, so I have a lot of wasted screen estate, and I need multiple pages to display all the lines I'm interested in. If this offered 1x1 or small widgets, it'd easily be a 5-star review.
