I love it! I have really noticed a trend when I'm in a negative mood and how often they occur . I now know what my stressors are ,and it allows me to be in control and calm down! I will recommend to anyone, so much better to have my feelings in one place instead of seeing a therapist and being unable to render why I'm upset!
not sure... I'm not sure about recommending games like Candy Crush - I found this really addictive and was doing this to numb my mind, which can be useful for a while when bad things are happening but ultimately take over and stop you from getting on with your life.
