"My places" is now removed. This was the most-used feature of the app. We used it to plan our trips in the country. It was very easy to see places we've been to or missed. The feature still exists on the website, so it's pretty inexcusable for it to be missing for so long on the app. Also, it was promised years ago that we'd have digital National Trust cards in the app, but it's still nowhere to be seen.

Coment says: What's new - bug fixes and improvements. I wouldn't say improvements, the desison to upgrade the app by removing it's best features, removing the list places I have visited and want to visit. One of the things I liked about this app, was I could record the places I've been to and want to visit, a little like the passports. Really now there is no real reason to sign up to this app anymore, you might as well just Google national trust places.

Used to be good. Removing the 'My places' feature is crazy. I understand upgrades to 'internal systems' are necessary but this was a fundamental feature that was removed, without any prior warning too! We've now lost the ability to be able to plan trips and remember what properties you've already been to!
