About this app

Child protection workers and frontline staff working directly with children and community members in Zanzibar have the benefit of a significant amount of different guidelines, standard operating procedures, training and awareness raising materials in Swahili and English available to support their work during the pandemic and beyond.

Save the Children has made these government and NGO resources available online for you to use with your staff and communities. Whilst this will not replace the need for training and support it will serve as a resource for staff who can refer to these documents in their own time or during capacity building activities.

The COMPASS Team continues to develop and review he guidelines so do visit this site regularly! For those who prefer to access COMPASS guidelines on a mobile device we have developed a COMPASS mobile application.
