Dont buy the USA pro unless you stay somewhere you get nothing by normal means. The Pro package SUCKS. I want a refund! It didn't help get anything at my campsite and in town it looses bandwidth so bad my devices need to reboot wifi to even try again. Unlimited package is ok in town. The pro package throttles you to NOTHING, for several minutes, when you slow down your usage. The device is horrible when it totally looses connection and can take 5 to 25 minutes to reconnect!

I spent a total of 12 hours trying to get this to connect at my house, on July 1 2024. It said I was connected at one point but the connection was weaker and slower than my mobile data connection. I could not get a reply when I sent an email to the help desk and there is no phone number to call for tech help, had to walk away from it even though I paid for a month. I am now (10 days later) trying again. Disappointed and frustrated! Waste of money and time

I couldn't get online because my love pod app for android was out of date. Received an update after contacting them. Now it works perfect, thank you!
