The PrismXR App is an App designed to be used with PrismXR products, providing users with a brand new personalized experience. The Devices screen offers personalized product settings and operations, while the Discovery screen provides you with more information about PrismXR products.
For Vega T1, you can use EQ settings, dongle switching, customize controls, and more.
For Puppis S1, you can easily configure WiFi, check the connection status and network speed of the current mode, manage connected devices, and more.

I'm convinced all the good reviews for puppis s1 are just paid advertisements. This was supposed to be an easy solution for connecting a quest to pc but has been a frustrating experience. The puppis refuses to connect to the app despite changing every Bluetooth setting in my phone and computer. There is also no support online as this device and app are mostly unknown.

TLDR: use a type c-to-c cable. you may have to flip the plug despite it fitting both ways. I was concerned about the device when I saw the 2.4 review score. when I could not connect to the device I already started to feel defeated. I saw in the manual that using a type-c cable was an option. which I just knew would be the better option. it baffles me that they settled on a 2 usb cord option. I did try to get the cable to work with two usb 3.0 and still had no luck. but yeah, weird cable choice

The app sucks as it loses contact with the device constantly after restarting the app again or not at all until you reset the device again multiple times. The device runs good until you enter standby, then you have to struggle at random times to continue your VR game on a PC. This can all be smoothed out with firmware for the app and device. Edit: All link programs crash also and the lag starts when re-entry into the program after the crash.
