Installed again and registered.. I tried 3 times then I got registered. 2 times it did not detect my sms, sms waiting period before timeout is week.. well successfully logged in.. but app keep on hanging under loading at different pages time to time.. may need some better servers so it may respond quickly.
Worst service got till date My 2 lacs rupees stuck in server of canara bank on 1 December 2016 and not credited back to my account till date. As per helpline i contact headoffice of canara bank but issue not resolved , i mailed issue to branch , head office, canara bank upi team but doesnt got reply .Poor service from canara bank. As canara bank upi app policy one can tranfer total amount of 1 lac but this app deduct 2 lac rupee from my account .Please kindly review my issue and solve it ASAP.
Good, but can be better. Its working and stable. Some features needed. Absence of a help file gives a nightmare to beginers. Sms costs, mpin (when it is different from the mpin of earlier mobile banking mpin, calling the pin as an mpin is a confusion). It may better be called UPIN with an alert that it is of length 6 and different from the mpin of 4 char length. If sms verification is done subsequently for transfers of more than a rupee, it will allow free testing.
OTP Authentication problem Sir/madam, i have recreated my vpa successfully. But still i am facing a problem regarding otp authentication. It shows that i entered wrong otp every time. i made an email to you on upisupport but no replied till now. Please help me.
Unreliable App As per your reply I share the details to the customer care people but no response from their side. It is very bad experience. My amount of Rs 5000 deducted from my account on 13 th November till date nothing happened. So all the users be careful in using this app, otherwise you will lose your money. It is already more than one month.
Not add my Canara Bank account My bank of baroda account added successful but adding my Canara Bank account message show not fetching AC with this mobile number, it's may be due to not register your mobile number with this account or its linked with multiple accounts, please contact your branch. My Base branch is not interested to solution for this problem.
