We've been using this software for 12 months and have faced several challenges. The lack of adequate support, combined with a problematic SMS system, has led to numerous dissatisfied customers. Additionally, the cost of SMS services is quite high, and there are frequent glitches with the mapping feature. Overall, our experience has been less than satisfactory.

App crashes and a lot of times fails to load after clicking optimize.. finally figured out who to cancel subscription and still got billed.

worst route planner I've ever used.! don't bother setting the parameters either, it does whatever it wants anyway.! not even worth 1 star.!
