Control your Daikin air-condition system from anywhere!

The Comfort Control app lets you control your Daikin air conditioning system from the comfort of your living room or from anywhere in the world as long as there is an active internet connection. The comfort Control app works with most Wi-Fi routers, both those with and those without a WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button. An internet connection is required for set up.

If the indoor unit does not have built-in Wi-Fi, a Daikin North America LLC wireless adapter is required for each indoor unit you want to control with this app.

I guess count me as a lucky one that has a little more functionality than some others. That said, there are still issues. Using the app I can set temp, schedules, and fan speed on our Atmosphera. On the downside,I do have to manually login-in as "out of home" every time I access the app. My unit shows up on the "consumption" tab but is grayed out. Similarly, under the "power saving mode" it's also grayed out, but does say there are no supported units, which I don't think is correct.

Like others have mentioned, you need to log in via out of home to control the unit and it only works occasionally. I find myself using the v1 unless I need to adjust the louvers. I did send a recommendation, which I'm not sure if it was received that the fan speed should be included in the app as that is a major feature that people use a lot.

It takes up to a minute before the command sent from my mobile device activates my units. Not a big deal, however I wish it was somewhat more prompt. Scheduling is good, you can setup different schedule for each unit and each day, however you cannot remove/delete more than one schedule in a single command. Has to be done one-by-one.
