This app is a great alternative to Acorns (no fee). The round up feature works, and I have made successful withdrawals in the past. Stairs is a great middle ground between the stability of a savings account, and the yields of the stock/bond markets. There isn't much of a help section though, so I can't justify 5 stars.

Good concept however my account seems to have lost $4. I have made no withdrawals and no explanation to the loss. At the moment it does not show it accumulating interest like it did at one point. And when it did I would get a penny in interest only to find it didn't accumulate or it was suddenly gone. This App has major bugs in it.

Hi Joseph, thanks for leaving a review. We recently turned off the interest counter as it was causing confusion and issues for many investors. The account itself is a good idea, but the app is terrible. Numerous errors all the time for no good reason just to have it work after multiple attempts. If I need to initiate a transfer I need to be able to access it now where there is no phone number to call or working access website. No recognition from other aggregation software as an account for "account linking". Just make a simple app that works seamlessly and you'll be golden!
