Ratings and reviews

This app needs updates to be updated competitive to other parking apps. Others have shuttle tracking and other services that help build the experience, this is so bare bones that it's more of a hassle to use than the website. There is no way to reset password, my points don't show up in the app, and the interface is just not user friendly. It should at a minimum have the functionality and same information as the website and it just doesn't. It at times makes me not want to park here...

used to work but now says invalid account. I actually got locked inside because the barcode wouldn't come up on the app due to their login bug. Had to go to the front desk to be let out

At least the loyalty card and booking works(with some interesting bugs in setting the schedule). Pretty much anything else on the app doesn't work at all.
