The 20$ funds is just stupid, put just on the go
Fraudly charged; vendor offers no recourse I noticed I was being charged $20/transaction, despite truly owing between $8-11 per transaction. Per the mobile now policy, they hold this amount per day if there are insufficient funds in your account. However, I have my account linked to a credit card that has no limit close to what I incurred. I called customer service and they were absolutely unhelpful in resolving the issue.
Absolutely terrible. I wanted to create an account, so that I could extend my parking session. But simply signing up through the app and website (yes I tried both) there were complications. I called seeking assistance and after being on hold for 15 minutes a pleasant lady answered. She tried to help but when she put me on hold it hung up. I again called and Muhammad answered and he had a terrible attitude and even called me a liar when I was seeking clarity. I don't get how the customer service could be so poor because I'm a nice person. Now I have to deal with a parking ticket. I was appalled. Fix the app and hire better customer service reps!
Doesn't even deserve 1 star Worst app ever. I need my money back, considering disputing it with my card company. I can't even use the app because everytime I do i get ticketed !
Junk Does not work, can't sign up for account, error popup with no words, just OK button, seriously?
Can't use drop down field to enter email. As the only means other than cash to park, this app is an immense failure for helping people park who do not have cash on hand. Could not enter email, could not sign up.
