Stride provides a set of tools that enable employees and contractors of U.S. Bancorp to be productive on the go.
Tools included in this release of Stride are:
- Directory Assistance: Conveniently look up location, contact, and hierarchy information on all staff at U.S. Bank.
- Service Manager: Manage ITSM incidents and approve changes.
- Emergency Contacts: Find out who to contact while traveling or in an emergency.
- Enterprise Paging: Contact resources through the company's robust paging system.
- Approvals: Manage eAFE approvals and HP Service Manager changes.
- Workspace Reservation: Pilot program for Meridian Crossings only.
New features will be added routinely as back-end systems become available for integration.
