This is a convenient app and I think it's great but the photos I take don't always come out right. It always says its to blurry or put my phone a certain way but doesn't really help. You need a better photo taker and the app will be great. Update: I like this app a lot. The camera is way better than before. Thanks a lot for listening.
When I go to login, it asks me to enter my information to upgrade my account. In order to verify my identity it asks for my birthdate and SSN. When I enter this information and press Login, it comes back with an error reading "Account already exists. Our records show you already have an account. Try logging in." When I click the login button, it brings me back to the login page and repeats the entire process over. PLEASE FIX THIS AND I WILL FIX MY RATING.
I like it way better than sitting on phone with an agent for hours or filling out paper app. But I was a little confused when it came to recertifications. I had to figure out how to get over to THAT part because it really does not make it clear on how to get over to THAT part. And can be a little slow at times but overall great app
Well, I liked it because , since HHS has come up with this app, I get to know n c ASAP if something is happening or a status change on my benefits happens. .N the best thing I liked about this app is I can upload my documents from anywhere. ..either I'm stuck in a traffic, or if I am not in front of my computer. .. this app has met my expectation. ..the only thing I'm worried about is when I upload my documents I don't know if it was acceptable or not for the application

All of the process, none of the crowds, no wait time, and amazing response time. It's makes it hard to complain. When you pretty much handle everything yourself.
