I submitted changes and uploaded documents. Never received a call or changes to my case. When I called 211 I was told that my uploads weren't there. Some helps it's been. The only thing it's been good for is letting me know what active benefits I have.
I like the convenience of this app and it is easy to use, however, I have also experienced a problem. It doesn't always work properly. I lost benefits because of it. Regained yes, but we all know how the system operates and it sucks starting over again. I wasn't informed in any way either about the process not working properly and failing to send reports or i would have made sure the documents were received. I found that odd considering the paperwork sent out by this agency and so many like it. Thank them however for still having amazing staff locally. (Real live people).
I can't do anything with the app because it won't add my case. I enter the number and it says it's there but it's not on the "your cases" screen or anywhere else on the app. I have 5 days to submit my documents and this app is making it even harder to do.
Can't see past "notice of case action" letters. Every one I attempt to view pdf, no matter the date I got the notice, it only lets me view the most recent letter. Just updated the app a few days ago.
I'm so glad someone thought of this app... I'd rather submit my changes thru the app instead of listening to some whacked automated system that requires a million options just to make a change...
Its not letting me login & its telling me that im locked out & to call but when i did they hung up on me...
