I love having this app. I have no car so it comes in handy for me to send any information that they need, and they get faster than the mail... The next thing y'all should do is link the Medicaid card to the app so we don't have to wait for them to come into he mail all we would have to do is pull the card up on the app and show it the the doctor's office.
I like the convenience of this app and it is easy to use, however, I have also experienced a problem. It doesn't always work properly. I lost benefits because of it. Regained yes, but we all know how the system operates and it sucks starting over again. I wasn't informed in any way either about the process not working properly and failing to send reports or i would have made sure the documents were received. I found that odd considering the paperwork sent out by this agency and so many like it. Thank them however for still having amazing staff locally. (Real live people).
I submitted changes and uploaded documents. Never received a call or changes to my case. When I called 211 I was told that my uploads weren't there. Some helps it's been. The only thing it's been good for is letting me know what active benefits I have.
I am very disappointed that I can't upload a file from my phone. My company is paperless so I had to take screenshots of a .pdf when it would have been simpler and easier to read if I could just upload the file itself
This app is pretty useless except for taking pictures of documents. Even then it takes them weeks to even "review" it. Also this app is unable to be moved to the SD card.
Yeah the upload documents is nice and useful other than that it's like chasing your tail. Just like website... if your ever lucky enough to log in to the website. It's maddening. The case worker we had needed to get a good grip on reality and stay clear of the trained responses. This is real lives with real issues. Single mom of four...no child support since November of last year. I make barely enough to pay bills...yet I'm denied due to a paper that my daughters employer didn't send back....she doesn't support us. I DO. GETTING ANY ANSWERS FROM THIS APP WAS A FARSE. THE CASE WORKER LIES.
For this release, we updated the app and fixed many issues.
• Improvements to how you create an account and get a new password.
• A better way to change your password when you’re logged in to your account.
• Improvements to accessibility elements in the app for people who are blind or have a vision disability.
• Minor bug fixes.
We’re always looking for new ways to improve our app. We’ll continue to monitor and fix performance issues.
