This app has a pre-loaded user name and password. I don't know why or how someone else's info automatically populate when I sign in. it doesn't show up on my online account, just on the app. I've deleted the app and installed it several times but it still comes up with someone else's name and password. I'm afraid to use it because I don't want my food stamps to come up missing. Is there another way to freeze my card?

Trying to upload an address form for my father-in-law and cannot do so with the app. So I resorted to uploading it online, only the customer service representative cannot locate the document on their end, while I see it three separate times on mine. Every time I attempt to upload the document using the app, I get an error that says 'We're sorry, but there was a system error. Please try again soon.' I thought it was because of the document title, so I changed it, and still get the same error.

This app rarely works and it's frustrating when you call and they tell you.. "you can do all your paperwork on the app" NO YOU CAN'T because it doesn't work right. I've been trying to submit changes and every time it tells me there's a system error and to try back later. I've been trying been later for weeks and it's still down. It's hard to call when I work all day long during their hrs to talk to someone. I feel like they do it on purpose to not give benefits.
