I have been using Zoom since the pandemic on all systems: Windows, iPadOS and Android. It's a shame that it has the least features available comparing to the other two systems. It neither allows you to download files shared in the chat box nor allows you to touch up your appearance. Otherwise, it is a great app. So far I have never encountered any big issues when using Zoom for meeting.

Audio has been getting worse for some time. Call limits for free users, fine. Now they've imposed a 9minute cooldown between calls. Had you improved the quality of the audio/video, I might have bought the premium. The quality has not improved. The app destroys battery life. This latest irritation has renewed motivation to find a better alternative.

I love that on my phone I can choose dial in and zoom pod in the phone number and code for the best experience in the phone. When we call in from the phone, I hear the audio much better. On the phone the chat disappears when breakouts happen each time. The phone is had limitations for copying and getting info from chat. More functions and abilities are available using zoom from a laptop or a computer.
