It's ok for regular conferences. It's an abomination when music is involved. When the host shares some music or opera, the sound frequently goes off completely. And it's hard to see what's on the screen. And the icons cover the subtitles. True it's different depending on ehether one is using a cell phone, a computer or a chromebook. Sometimes Enable Original Sound is available, but often not. And the video almost never comes out right It's very disappointing that you still haven't learned.

I'm not sure what's going on with your audio and bluetooth implementation but it needs a lot of work. Half of the time it won't even play audio through my connected headphones but instead would play from my phone speaker. Also, if it does happen to connect, if the meeting was ended by the host or sometimes when you leave the meeting, it would just leave the audio in call mode instead of reverting to the default. This results in having to disable bluetooth and reenabling it to get proper audio...

ZOOM, really and truly has been an amazing help as far as being able to attend meetings, consults, appointments, etc... without having to actually travel somewhere and be physically present to take care of important business matters/ conversations. It has helped save lots of time, energy, and not to mention, money. Thank you to the creator of the Zoom app. You have many people who appreciate your work and applaud your efforts that was used to make this app effective and successful. Great job!
