I really am enjoying zoom to connect with my friends. It's a really good app but takes some time to learn and understand a few settings. The one complaint I have is sometimes when you get a phone call and don't pick it up you'll sometimes lose your sound but if you do pick up any phone calls you will most certainly have to log out and log back in. I been meaning to email zoom and ask if there's a fix for that but keep forgetting.

Zoom is a great tool for music education. I give online piano classes and the improved quality of sound makes zoom a winner for me and my students. The whiteboards are very useful, as is the ability of sharing participation in other apps with my students, this makes the class more interesting and fun. I can't wait to have one whiteboard in which you have music notation that you can just grab and paste on the staff, because drawing a small note is not easy yet. Anyways, two thumbs up!

Glitchy!! For some reason, whenever I do any sort of activity or work in Zoom, it is very glitchy. I'll click on a conversation and it never loads, almost like the app is frozen and very laggy. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time for it to work normally and even when I do, the glitchy/lag issues always resurface. This has only been happening recently (in the past few months) but had been working fine before. Not sure what happened.
