I am put on hold for about 10 minutes daily before being let into a meeting. During this time I'm not allowed o do work at my job. I also can't listen to book or watch videos because Zoom mutes all other audio while in a meeting or on hold. Why does it do this? Why can't I turn it off? This is so annoying. Spent hours trying to fix Oh. And there's more. You can't select if you will use call or data while on hold so when you do get let in you will get dropped, crash or no audio.

Unless and until the Android app is fixed to access Bluetooth headsets, then it is just an afterthought, the red haired stepchild of the zoom family. There is absolutely no reason this should not be fixed. When one is using zoom on a phone or tablet, there is a reason. they can't be at their desktop soooo, likely an environment where they can't hear without a headset? Fix this please. Pixel 6 pro phone

Generally good, but the UI can be quite confusing. There are things all over the place that you have to notice. Contacts especially are not obvious how to use. Eventually, stumbling around will reveal how to do the basics, but you'll probably have to Google to figure out how to use anything beyond the basics on a phone. I suggest it would be very helpful to have a basic version available for phones with limited functionality that's easy to use.
