Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience. All verifications (Thana, DCRB, LIU, and SP Azamgarh) are completed and approved, but the app still shows "Your request is under process. Please download later." I even cleared the cache and tried multiple times, but the problem remains. Please resolve this issue urgently.

Servers are too lagging, every single time I tried and it keeps showing "Something went wrong. Please try again later" message. It's just too frustrating. Kindly solve this problem asap.

if I've to rate minus 1 for this developer I'll do that. he doesn't know what is load testing on the app. simply entire architecture is broken and it doesn't test load on high user volume and kept saying error message though there is no error at all, it sucks when million of user trying to access info. i think it indirectly search from web and web also don't take much load. Testing team is eating sarkari malai without effective work. overall it's BAD app like BAD COPS
