Ratings and reviews

This app is well developed, only drawback of it is that the app is reload very often! If you use any other program while you are using this program, your Ipoteka mobile app will be reloaded and you will have to enter your password again and again which makes me disturbed, however I evaluated this program with 4 stars which is above its overall score

I have been using this app for 2 years. I haven't faced any trouble till now. (That's why I am giving 3 stars.) But several weeks ago I changed my number and wanted to delete the old number from my account. This app doesn't have any function to change number or deactivate old account. I had to visit to the bank several times, but my problem wasn't solved properly. Currently I have two accounts on two numbers!!!! I am not happy with this app.

The worst app i have ever used. Full of bugs! 1. No info about active sessions 2. You cannot delete cards. Cards of ipoteka bank automatically added. The best target for scammers 3. Does not give info if someone ttry to connect your account. 4. Call center is not working. !!! If you want to keep your money do not use this app or do not use the services of ipoteka bank forever!!! THE WORST BANK WITH THE WORST APP WITHOUT ANY SAFETY!!!
