HORRIBLE interface for creating custom tattoos. If you place a graphic, it puts it off of the screen and you can't even use it. If you create text, it's too tiny, and you cannot enlarge it properly. You should make the software by default just type the text in the 22mm width that the Prinker prints in. It should be as easy as a label maker, not the NIGHTMARE that it is. I have done graphic design for 24 years, and it's like you purposefully made things as hard as POSSIBLE! Work on it!

My last review was removed so that should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Incredibly buggy app and tattoo machine. Custom tattoos dont print well and 90% of the ones in the app are so small it's ridiculous. Customer service is well aware of these issues but closes cases and calls them "resolved." Machine used to be $600, now it's $400. It's worth $100 at best. Battery life on this thing is pathetic. UPDATE: took it to a festival and it refuses to connect without internet

The horrible product and especially the app. It is not possible to adjust to its tricks. You need a surgical accuracy to make a clean looking tattoo. You have to send images to the device each time you need to print, you can't simply upload once and print multiple times. The app is a one big dump of bugs and strange UX decisions. Basically if you want to make someone to cry and feel miserable you can gift them Prinker.
