There is also a feature where you can set such mobile-lockdowns regularly each week or so. So if you want to study during the week from 2 to 4 pm you can create a profile in which you select app block from Monday to Friday from 2 to 4 pm. Now you wont be distracted by any apps during your studies, but you won´t miss any importaint call.
ATTENTION: If SMS block is activated all incoming SMS are deleted. If you want to block SMS without deleting them please use the App block and select the sms app instead.

Xpert-Timer Time Tracker is a standalone app for your Android mobile device and does not rely on an internet connection. This makes the product perfect for tracking your working hours or time spent on tasks wherever you are.
You can create to-dos, sub projects/tasks, main projects/tasks and link them to a client. Additionally you can add comments to every timestamp and have Xpert-Timer Time Tracker calculate the costs by setting an hourly rate for the project/task. This hourly rate may vary for each project.

The following is an explanation of the permissions used by this app.
FULL NETWORK ACCESS - This allows the app to send crash(app) and issue(user) reports to help capture problems for future improvements.
PHONE CALLS - READ PHONE STATUS AND IDENTITY - This permission allows the app to generate and read a unique device ID so that when sending crash or issue reports, it can be associated with them.
YOUR ACCOUNTS - FIND ACCOUNTS ON THE DEVICE - This permission is used during showing the report issue screen to allow the user to select the email address instead of typing it in. Many past reports were sent with incorrect email addresses that were typed by the user and we were unable to follow up for more information with them. We do not collect the email addresses at any time.
CONTROL VIBRATION - Allows the app to make your device vibrate if chosen at the end of a timer.
NETWORK COMMUNICATION - VIEW NETWORK CONNECTIONS - Allows the app to see if there is a network connection in order to send bug and issue reports.
By means of an efficient timer mechanism, Time Balance lets you start and stop activities easily and visualize your time allocation in a graphical report. And if you find yourself dedicating too little or too much time for an activity, you can set duration limits for it and let Time Balance warn you when your cross them.

I've tried lots of todo list apps, timer apps, and calendar or agenda apps, but none of them made planning your day very easy. You usually either have to know when you're going to do it, or just write a list and hope you keep to it. That's why I designed this app. It's a simple, visual reminder of where your time is going, with easy, no-commitment timers for Tasks. Simple! That's how I think an app should be.
This is a pretty new project, so expect things to improve. :)

How it works:
1. Select your account in settings to import your calendar from Google Calendar (synced calendar events show up in blue in the graphs).
2. Add Tasks and set a duration and color for each one. You'll see your timers and tasks show up in the graphs on the main screen.
3. When you get some free time, hit the start icon for the Task you want to do, and try to beat the timer!
4. You can enable multitasking if you want more than one timer going. You'll feel like you're stopping time as you watch your Free time section grow!
App requires permissions to sync with Google Calendar. If you don't want it to sync, it wont! (You have to select your account in order for it to sync.)

For each task, you can set an estimated duration to get a notification when your time is overdue.
You can also set an hourly price for billing purpose.
For each task, a completion percentage is displayed, based on the estimated duration. The percentage turns yellow at 90% and red at 100%.
The working sessions are recorded and can be sent by e-mail or other means, depending on the apps installed on your device.
The working time is counted even if you exit from the app, as the counter continues to run in background and a notification icon will remind you of the presence of a task in progress.
You can also reset the total time spent for a task. This feature is useful for repetitive tasks.
