App's main appeal for me was that it rewarded for using public transportation + for walking/biking instead of driving. As of now (11/9/21) however, it became a pure marketing app, designed to push the rental of Spin scooters and Citi e-bikes. Only by using these can you still earn any significant "mobility rewards". Maybe Spin and Citi bikes pay for the rewards. But the scheme doesn't have anything to do with "decongesting traffic" anymore. A waste of time really.

This app is great for encouraging smart travel choices. Walking, bikes, public transportation, ride sharing. I've earned a lot of points that I've spent on Lyft just from walking and taking Miami Dade buses (make sure you link your MIAMI DADE TRANSIT easy card to the app). Less traffic, less pollution, healthier people. App is great when it works as intended. A couple issues but support fixed them. Support was pretty snappy at fixing the issue once identified. Thanks Velocia.

It was wonderful when I first used it. But now you BARELY can earn points for public transportation alone. Unless you use Citibikes or SPIN (not available where I live), it will take much longer to earn enough points to redeem rewards. So it feels like a long grind now
