This is literally the worst app. I've had mostly good drivers, but when you get a bad driver, it's BAD! I'm regularly in the car for a minimum of 30 minutes for a 5-10 minute distance. I've had a few drivers just drive by my pick up spot because I guess they decided they didn't want to pick me up? The app itself is so glitchy. I understand it's a ride share system, and I understand picking up and dropping off people along the same route, but they go WAY out of the way. Would not recommend

The pick up and drop off locations are getting further and further from where I need to go and bizarrely the vehicle will still be going in the exact direction and still drop me off far away. Like the vehicle will pass by the exact place I need to go but for some reason the app insists on dropping me off four blocks early across the street? Or way further down? Sometimes the drivers are cool about it but it just seems to get worse every time I use the app.

This app used to be wonderful. Very nice drivers and worked easy and fast and the GPS locations for drop off and pick up worked correct. Now it's a hit or a miss if they even drop you off or pick you up in the right spot. And the drivers who have been picking me up lately has have been very rude. One even yelled at me the other day when he was in the wrong and wasn't at the right pickup spot. One driver even made me walk out in the middle of a busy road to get picked up!!!
