Been using via for my regular commute home, sure it saved good money but wasted a lot of time as well. They are not true to their estimated arrival time, sometimes they are off by 15-20 mins, and drivers don't even pick up calls. If they improve on that and the way the app works and shows accurate information, i think you have a big market out there.

Via is better than public transport for me, no bus routes going the right direction to my house. The drivers are friendly, attentive, and experienced drivers. They're the reason I gave it 3 stars. The app is not well designed. The time estimates are always 10+ minutes off. I've had the app tell me my driver is here, and then have the car i get into turn out to be the wrong one. I'm currently sitting here waiting for a vehicle that is 15 minutes late, because the app doesn't understand traffic

The cars and drivers have all been great in my experiences so far. The app and service behind them, not so much. If the app works (which seems to be about 50% of the time), the GPS and timing estimates are off by laughable amounts. When trying to book an accessible van, the app frequently says a live rep will get to me (instead of it just booking the ride), and then... nothing happens. A live rep never contacts. If it weren't currently free in my area, I wouldn't bother using it at all.
