If I could give it no star I would, the app is so unbearably glitchy and they swap your pick up spots when the ride is 1 min away, I've had to basically run to a pick up that was a few blocks away from the original one simply because they decided to change my pick up. I've also been overcharged for the rides and to my knowledge they didn't change the prices. Not only that the customer service is god awful, I have been trying to get in contact with one of them and it took them a week to reply.

It took me a while to learn this app. At first I couldn't book a ride through the app. I had to call the dispatcher. They no longer use Google Pay. So I setup my credit card. I can now book a ride using the app. You must specify the pick up and drop off locations before you "book" a ride. Sometimes the app will list the wrong pick up and destinations. Once I book my ride, then it's great. The drivers are nice and pick me up or drop me off near my destination.

Worst app ever! Put a location in my phone and expect to get there. The app rerouted my via to drop me off 15 mins (by walk) from my actual destination!!!!!! On top of that I was late to work because of this. On top of that every other time i scheduled a via it says a few minutes away they hit me with a message saying driver had to cancel and theyll send another one but that will take another 10 mins. Officially done!!! Would give 0 if i could
