NAHLTV has failed to provide the product advertised. They are limited by venue ability to create and broadcast games. They are aware of the issue but continue to sell subscriptions. The interface is not user friendly when searching for On Demand games. The subscription is expensive and to date they have failed to deliver the product as advertised. The support team has been responsive, but the issues persist a month into the season. Subscriber be ware. Hopeful that they will fix the issues.

Sure, when everything works it's good. But if the sound isn't working (app or on the website) your just out of luck and out of the money you spend. What would be nice is if there was a reporting feature to say "hey, the sound isn't working" but nope, just up a creek

Total garbage. Feeds constantly drop. App is clunky and difficult. If you use another device, one at time, you have to log in each time. For $30 a month I expect better. ESPN+ is only $11!
