Worst service provider. 3rd class website and app. Only one way communication and seems like it is made by a child. No option to look at various plans if a person wants to upgrade or downgrade. I will definitely going to close this connection.

I have used connect service since 3 years. Internet speed is ok. But 5G connect very rare. secondly and the main issue is when the internet service is down due to some technical issue, I have to wait atleast 24-48 hours to reconnect the internet, means I lost my internet service for 1-2 days and that's is most concerning bcz my whole work depends upon internet.

Beware! Been a user for more than 8 years. Worst fiber connection ever. 30 percent loss daily on all DNS and servers. Gamers stay away. Recommend to go for other ISP's available. I have no other ISP option in my area so have to tolerate. Wasting my money every month.
